CLIENT'S BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Prior to Bridge Consulting’s engagement, our client had no objective system in place to measure and reward corporate and individual performance. The determination of the annual bonus was based on the subjective opinion of BoDs rather than on the actual performance of the company.
This resulted in little motivation for management and individuals to perform to their potential. Additionally, limited continuous improvement in performance was evident.

BRIDGE CONSULTING ROLES

Bridge Consulting worked with the strategy, finance, and HR team on organizational review, and financial and operational KPIs design of both corporate and individual to align with the company’s 3-year direction and value-based concept. The incentive scheme was redesigned to objectively reward good performance.

PROJECT OUTCOME

The project has helped the client realign all key activities towards defined financial and operational goals. Each individual understands how his performance contributes to the bottom line of the business. The incentive scheme increases staff motivation to perform better on a daily basis.
