CLIENT'S BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Prior to Bridge Consulting’s engagement, our client conceptualized a new, high-value-added product that would contribute to a higher margin. However, the complexity of the product and volatility of the supply & production cost made the return of investment uncertain in different situations. Additionally, the market for such a product is untested thus, requiring heavy investment.
To launch this product, our client required a solid marketing and production plan with risk management capability.

As such area is untested and highly volatile (raw material, energy cost), Bridge Consulting developed a feasibility study with an emphasis on scenario analysis using Monte Carlo simulation.
The feasibility study offered ROIC results for different situations for different product sites and different supply price scenarios.
The outcome offered solid roadmap for implementing the new product introduction, including product features, production sites, as well as directions to reduce/manage operational risks.
